I happened to work with Patrik quite closely and I can only praise and provide positive feedback for his professionalism, team spirit and ability to deliver.

As an engineer he has shown proficiency, adaptability and the ability to deliver on time without compromise on quality while he communicated his personal and his team progress extremely well.

As a manager he kept his team happy while delivering with a high pace and did so without increasing the technical debt.
